Ephesians 2:8 (NLT)
God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God.
Proverbs 15:1 (ESV)
A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger.
Through investigations, dreams, and visions, Jesus asked me to forsake my Muslim family.
Such a great Testimony. A Muslim from the very tribe of the false prophet Muhammad has come to accept Jesus in his life, breaking away from his family’s false religion.
Always great to see a powerful testimony like this. It’s not always always easy to break away from your family stance on religion, but as Jesus Himself tells us:
For I have come to set a man against his father, and a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law. And a person’s enemies will be those of his own household. Whoever loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me, and whoever loves son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.
If you want to be my disciple, you must hate everyone else by comparison—your father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters—yes, even your own life. Otherwise, you cannot be my disciple.
Hebrews 6:19 (ESV)
We have this as a sure and steadfast anchor of the soul, a hope that enters into the inner place behind the curtain,
Psalm 147:3 (NASB)
He heals the brokenhearted
And binds up their wounds.
